(No longer a 5-Digit Number) Please take a minute to make sure you are using the correct account number when making a payment through Member Direct. It may display that using the 5-Digit Account Number that your payment has been processed, but in reality it gets rejected 3-4 days later. Please update immediately by contacting the office and we will gladly assist you.
